QuoteDesk is operated by tenthGear Solutions ("we", "us"), based in the Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through QuoteDesk, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Name, email address, and organization details you provide when signing up; records of manual payments/plan status (we do not collect or store card numbers, since billing is currently manual).
Your business details, product/service catalog, and the quotations you create — including the names, companies, and contact details of your own clients that you choose to enter. We process this data on your behalf as described in the Terms of Service; you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your own clients' information.
Basic technical logs (sign-in timestamps, error logs) used to keep the Service secure and reliable — for example, detecting suspicious login activity.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your Customer Data to train external AI models or to market to your own clients.

We do not share your Customer Data with any other third party except: (a) as required by law, (b) with your direction, or (c) to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.
Our hosting providers may process data on servers outside the Philippines. Where this happens, we require our providers to maintain security standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act's requirements for cross-border transfer.

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your Organization's account is active, and for a reasonable transition period after termination (currently 30 days) to allow data export, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of harm, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected users within the timeframe required by the Data Privacy Act and its rules.
QuoteDesk is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
